Premise Pre-Construction Termiticide

Premise Pre-Construction is a non-repellent termiticide that is very effective in preventing termites from attacking a home. Because this is a non-repellent, it means this product cannot be detected by termites – instead, they come directly in contact with the active ingredient, imidacloprid. And unlike some other termiticides, it won’t harm plumbing.

This is very effective on the Subterranean termites, carpenter ants, other wood-infesting insects. 

The active ingredient is Imidacloprid 21.4%. 

Mix rate are as follows: 

To be mixed with water

100 gallons water with 27.5 fl. oz insecticide 
50 gallons water with 13.8 fl. oz insecticide
25 gallons water with 6.9 fl. oz insecticide
1 gallon of water with 0.3 fl. oz insecticide 

The way Premise works is by binding with the soil when the product is applied. Hence the name "Pre-Construction". In other words, you have to spray the soil before the foundation is placed on top. After the product dries on the soil, this will form a barrier and when left undisturbed, this will remain effective for up to 7 years.
